Introducing the all-new HS 1313DV IFS™ — a purpose-built In-Flight Services security X-ray screening system engineered specifically for airline catering, service trolleys and in-flight logistics.

This is not a standard cargo machine adapted for a new application. The HS 1313DV IFS™ has been developed around the real operational challenges faced by airline catering and IFS operations, combining Dual View 200kV generator technology, a low-profile motorised conveyor and a dedicated trolley screening workflow.

The Dual View 200kV platform is central to the system’s performance. Catering trolleys are often densely packed with trays, liquids, food products, service items and operational equipment, creating complex screening conditions.

The 200kV generators provide the penetration needed to support clearer inspection of heavily loaded trolleys, while Dual View imaging gives operators two perspectives for improved image interpretation and screening confidence.

At the centre of the system is the dedicated TFS™ – Trolley Flow System, developed to improve how catering trolleys are presented, moved and processed through screening. TFS™ supports smoother trolley handling, reduced manual intervention, improved operator workflow and flexible layouts around real site conditions.

With adaptable conveyor lengths, orientations, transfer points and bends, the 1313DV IFS™ with its configurable TFS™ can integrate into new or existing catering facilities without forcing the operation to work around the machine. Instead, the system is designed to work around the operation.
