MAINTENANCE

HISSCO provides a standard five-year parts warranty on all X-ray equipment, including X-ray generators and other critical system components. In addition, clients have the option to enroll in an extended warranty and/or comprehensive maintenance program, available during and beyond the warranty period through structured service agreements, which include preventative maintenance and the mandatory execution of all state-required radiation surveys to ensure full regulatory compliance and safe system operation.

HISSCO takes pride in maintaining a fully integrated, in-house team of design engineers, fabricators, and technical specialists, enabling the vast majority of work to be executed internally with minimal reliance on outsourcing. Our multidisciplinary technical staff brings expertise across electrical engineering, avionics, and advanced design engineering, allowing us to deliver end-to-end security solutions—from concept and manufacturing to system integration, testing, installation, and commissioning.

Service Call Report

A Service Call Report (“SCR”) is completed for every service visit to customer equipment. The SCR documents the time of call-out, arrival on-site, service and repair duration, spare parts utilized or required, root cause analysis, and all corrective actions performed.

A comprehensive copy of the SCR is provided to the customer for each visit and for each unit serviced, ensuring full transparency, detailed documentation, and accurate service records. Where applicable, all state-required radiation surveys are conducted and a corresponding radiation survey report is issued to the customer, confirming compliance with all regulatory requirements.
